My partner and I were not happy with our phone provider so decided to go to The Source to switch providers. The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we have ever encountered. Not only did we save money but happened to be there on a day that they were offering a promotion. We not only now have phones that work but walked away with a bag of free product. I highly recommend this store and I can't even find words to describe the staff. Five stars is my only option but all the stars ? wouldn't be enough.

My partner and I came in to grab a mouse, and ended up leaving with friends. The team, (Dawn, Harrison, and Quintin) helped us get out of a bad cell phone plan and into a great new one, got us hooked up with a styling new pair of phones, and even provided snacks and mirth and laughter galore! Not your average experience, if I could give them all the stars in the milky way I would! Alas, 5 will have to do.Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing customer service from the team at The Source in Elmsdale! Dawn, Harrison, Quintin and Paige made us feel like family from the moment we walked in, and answered every question I threw at them with ease! Will definitely be frequenting this location for years to come!

I'm not one for negative reviews, I try to find the positive in everything. The source online process is a nightmare, I ordered something fairly expensive over Christmas and recieved no email notification, no purchase receipt, no tracking number. Had to call a week later to be told yes the order had gone through and carrier would send me one. The carrier they use is a whole different nightmare. I will stick with buying things from the store with the source.
