I wish I can give 0 stars . I went in for showers, asked the guy at the counter. He said there is no showers free at the moment, write down your name in the list . Waited 2 hrs and so on,still nothing,waited in the lounge and then came back in truck didn’t call or care at all . Very poor service. Feel like they don’t want to do anything. Been to other irving stops , far better than them.

Went here for a shower staff advised that they will advise you once the shower is free, and to wait in the truckers lounge after 30 mins of waiting I end up going and asking what's going on there both just sat down talking not really interested in doing anything
It seems the general attitude of Irving big stops stand around talking and well customers can wait.

We had the most terrific serverHer name was LaurenShe was so pleasant. So attentive. Meal was perfect. Ever server should be as perfect as she is at her job. She was quick to get menu's, checked in on us while eating , smiles all the time. Absolutely the best server I have seen in years

You got free shower here. Nice and clean washrooms and showers. Lot of parking spots and in food you have restaurant, tim hortons & burger king.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Would rate 0 but cant. Sadly … Went in to “check” my pressure on my tires.. notices that they were off by 25 psi according to there tire pressure gauge. Went in and told them as there RUDE employees tried to argue with me about it. Asked for my money back as i didnt even need to put air in my tires. Told them to put a sign up which they sais they werent going to do as they “dont care”. Lady there was the rudest as i stated that i would have been driving with almost 49 psi more on the highway then it should and they could have blown.Terrible! Will never ever come back to this!
