Every airport should have one of these! I love being able to grab a bottle of wine on my way out without it being from the duty free shop

They have many liquors from local distilleries, we were super happy about it! They gave us a small box that we can bring in the plane for no extra luggage fee. The employee was also knowledgeable about some of the liquors too !

This place is a gem inside Halifax Airport. As I was flying with hand luggage, I couldn't purchase any wine before security. I was delighted to see a great range of Canadian wines on sale and the lovely sales assistant recommended a delicious sparkling rose brut. Great end to a great trip.

Great store located after security with a variety of locally produced alcoholic beverages. The staff is knowledgeable and patient with customers and does a great job of packaging the products that you purchase. The prices are reasonable and makes a great souvenir to bring back.

Loved how the staff describe the wine. Got some canned white wine which was made specifically for Nova Scotia seafood.

Great selection of Nova Scotian craft beer, ciders, and liquors. It's conveniently located past security so you can load up before a flight. These babies make better gifts than any other kinds of airport tchotckes you'll find. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will help you find the perfect thing.

I love local beers and ciders, but taking them on a plane is always something I have to think twice about: it's around 95% water and only very rarely will its value be more than say $30. And then, you can't take anything bigger than 100 mL in the cabin, so you need to check it and worry about it breaking and leaking. This store changes the game--they have craft beer and cider (and wine, and spirits) you can stuff into a carry-on, since it's past security. Next time I visit, deadass I am going to bring an empty bag and fill it here to the max with drinks. I figure at least 8 bottles, or 16 tall cans, but I haven't tested. Did you know that carry-ons are not weight limited? I didn't. Apparently the limit is whatever you can lift by yourself into the overhead bin. So in theory, you could fill a bag with gold bars, and, assuming you had the superhuman strength to lift the bag weighing several tonnes and that the bag didn't create a giant hole in the floor of the plane, the airline would have to accept it. I think.Better than solid gold though, is LIQUID gold, which is what you'll find here. For the drinker and anyone who knows drinkers, this is the perfect souvenir store. The drinks are all Nova Scotia–made and excellently picked, from all parts of the province! To top all that, prices are extremely fair and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
