“The staff at the counter are always very professional but PLEASE can someone sort out the computer system or provide better training. Everytime I go in absolutely dread seeing the employee trying to resolve an issue with finding items online or work through what sounds like a nightmare system. Nothing seems to be quick or easy. Recognize its a first world problem but its been going on for a couple of years now. Trying to support Canada Post but they dont make it easy.”

“Good service most of the time!!! I drop off packages every few days and most of the staff are really nice and always get to work scanning my parcels right away. There's just an employee or two that I have to ask for service. But overall really nice place. They have a bunch of supplies for packaging there too, if you're short on time. Just a tip though, you can find boxes for about half the price at a dollar store! Same with the bubble mailers.”
