This is my local subway. The staff are the friendliest and nicest. They accommodate my 2 sons, one of which is a subway addict. It feels like a local warm spot to eat even tho it's an evil large corporate chain. Lol. Thanks fall river Subway

Went for a sandwich 15-20 minutes before close and they had thrown out all of the bread. There’s no reason to be open if you can’t make food. Waste of petrol.

The place looks neat after the renovations, however the prices are too high and they have no vegan options when it comes to protein.I asked the employee if she knew the ingredients to the sauces and she said: “no…” with the most careless look. I had to get my sandwich without any sauce… can anyone explain me why the employee doesn’t know the ingredients? Isn’t that illegal for a business not to know their ingredients?Vegetarian options: No vegetarian or vegan options as of today for protein or cheese. The sauces might be vegan but they don’t even know their own ingredients!

Well they did some renovations at this Subway and it looks nice, however it looks like customers will be paying for it because the prices got even higher yet again. A sweet onion chicken Terraaki sub changed the name to sweet chicken crunch or something like that but it's the same sub. It's now $13 plus tax making it $15 with tax. It's not worth it anymore. $15 for a chicken sub? Come on I thought $11 plus tax was alot. I can get 3 big full slices of pizza for that price instead of 1 sub. I think all Subways are going to lose a lot of business over these price hikes. It's a luxury to have Subway now. Also my $15 sub wasn't thick as usual and the herb and cheese bread wasn't very fresh (dry and hard).

Under staffed!Anytime I try drive through, they tell me to wait 10 minutes and they’re servicing 1 person inside.

If you're not going to take orders in the drive through, close it. Ive been sitting here over 10 minutes. I even drove up to the window and no ones come over.

My work takes me all over the province and I love subway so I visit them all. The Fall River subway ALWAYS has the softest bread, freshest cookies, extremely fresh toppings and always very well made. The manager and employees always give great service. This is my favourite subway!

Really wish you could order gluten free subs through the app. This subway is hit or miss. You could either be able waiting a long time to get a sub with no sauce even though you ordered two different sauces or you could get a decent sub. Really depends on who's working.

Great subway with perfect location but mainly the staff is great and helpful. The lady named ISSA worker is great and extremely polite.

I am only giving 1 star because of the customer service. Staff member was very friendly. Problem was I ordered a six inch sub. The staff member grabbed th bread and cut about 1.5 inches off the bread. I said why did you do that? I would have eaten it. The person claimed that they couldn't do that or they could get in trouble. So I then asked, what do you do with the bread just throw it away? The person said no I keep them for my break and they are yummy with honey mustard on them....so I don't say anything but I am thinking....can't give the paying customer the extra bread but I can steal it and eat it on my break? Ohh well my sub was delicious.

Brutally slow service. Only stop in when going on road trips as it is local to my house. Seems as though there is never any customers, however takes at least 15 minutes to get a sub. Last drive-threw experience, one vehicle ahead of me at the speaker, waited 15 minutes and they had not got order taken yet, I ended up reversing out the drive-threw. Today did an online order to avoid this, got the notification it was ready and when my spouse went in to collect our subs we were told they had not started making them yet. As of writing this, 10 minutes have passed, she still does not have our food and there are no vehicles in the parking lot and none in the drive-threw. Might be time to hire more staff or replace the current ones.
