I am very disapointed with superstore. There's no christmas decorations. Yes this is Canada and most of us celebrate christmas and we should not worry about hurting a few cultures. Wr go to third country and we follow their rules and cultures.

Feels like your not trusted when you walk into a gated lobby and never any staff to help you find something in the store but always someone standing watching for customers not scanning items they have because they put in self serve check-outs and now staff try to catch people stealing and don't even have bags paper or reusable kind even if you want to pay for them then when you have no other option you use your pocket after paying for everything and neatly stacked to carry out then you cross the security gate and then you will see another staff member either accusing you under their breath or they watch you from start to finish and wait until you are carrying everything in your hands to ask for receipt or make you feel like you have to prove that you are not stealing and show the receipt. Instead w2 having the 3 staff on cash registers and get rid of the self serve and they wouldn't have had to turn their lease line into turn stall security/cow gates and trust your customers again. I guarantee that self serve check-outs have cost superstore more money in security measures and loss of inviting decor and lost business than they planned to save by getting rid of the human. if they would have just kept regular human attended check-outs they would show profits instead of losses or is that what they want people to think so they can raise prices because of that not because they are all intentionally raising food prices because they can and the government was catching on and looking into it so quick easy explanation for price increase??????
