“We were visiting from out of town when our truck broke down unexpectedly. Traveling with a small child made it an extremely stressful situation, and every other shop in the area turned us away with a wait time of at least a week.
Despite being extremely busy, this shop was the only one that took us in. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Because it turned out to be a minor fix, they even took care of it free of charge. Their kindness, honesty, and incredible customer service saved our trip. We cannot recommend them enough!”
“We had a problem with the car (wheel bearing) over the weekend during our stay in Cape Breton. We went to the garage as soon as it opened on Monday to have it checked and repaired, since we were on our way back to Montreal. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. Excellent service ! Thank you Paul !”

“I would recommend Sydney Mazda to anyone looking for a quality new vehicle! I absolutely love my CX-50 and I had a wonderful buying experience with Melanie. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! Dealing with Sean in the finance office was a breeze, he was clear and concise, and I knew exactly what I was getting.
The service department is top notch. Easy to make appointments, easy to pay, easy to deal with. Robb, Colleen and Brit are always on hand to answer questions about maintenance or issues.
I purchased all-weather mats from the parts dept with no complaints - it took less than 5 mins from purchase to install.
Everyone, including the owner, Mike, have been great to deal with. I think that anyone considering a new (or even pre-owned) vehicle should seriously test drive a Mazda. You won’t be disappointed.”
