More expensive rather than Winary which are one place shopping mall

Very poor experience. 3 visits to discuss defective bag. 1st visit we were just strolling by and stopped in. Sales rep said replacement shouldn't be an issue bring bag in. 2nd trip we brought bag and forgot receipt but we showed the rep the bag and she said no prob bring in receipt and we will replace with a suitable replacement which we picked out and agreed to. Today we brought bag in along with receipt. They would only offer a $20 store credit today after all this discussion prior. Tracker boasts 10 year warranty which does not exist. We try to buy local but save yourself the aggravation and order from Amazon where they do easy returns of defective products.
