Had to have a phone ordered and was told it would probably be there the next day but if not the following day “at the latest”. When I called to check that day I was told he “can’t control purolator” I wouldn’t normally mind but had a buyer waiting for the old device. I showed up the day afterwards and door was locked and no sign on door. Door locked again today and no sign, lost my buyer and went to Telus in the mall who helped me in 15 mins. Skip this location and go straight to the mall. Gave me false info and wasted my time and evergy dealing with GBS.
