“Terrible and pathetic service.. I have had multiple items delivered at my address by other shipping vendors whereas Purolator is unable to deliver my package from past few days. First reason they mentioned ‘Receiver moved, second time they mentioned ‘Incorrect address’, and third time they mentioned ‘Receiver not found’. Every morning I get the message ‘out for delivery’ and I think I would finally get my package today. Tried contacting Purolator customer service twice and had to hang up after waiting for 50 minutes on phone. Then, got hold of someone from Purolator via Amazon and explained the issue but no luck. Seems like I’ll have to wait for my package for eternity!Edit: Issue was resolved quickly after contacting Purolator this time and I received my package! Therefore, changing the review to 5 stars..”
