I went in to buy a snow blower today that I looked at Wednesday. I inquired with a sales associate if I should pay for it now as I planned to pick it up Saturday and was assured they had lots in stock. It’s Saturday and I’m back to purchase it and it’s still marked clearance but now 500 dollars more and they won’t honour the price it was Wednesday. Terrible customer service. I see your response but don’t use Twitter or instagram or FB. Can you provide an email please to continue this conversation or better still a phone number

Every time I try to purchase tools that have a battery promo the staff gives me a hard time trying to redeem it or doesn't have the items in stock. After 3 different attempts and trips into Sydney, I have been informed by their own in store staff that it is better to order online and wait for it to ship in.The staff greets you with a smile, but they seem to work against you when it comes to promos. Needs better management.

Item not delivered since June 28th 2023. Phone is not answered. Went to the chat system twice. 2nd time said the item would be delivered same day yesterday. Not delivered. Tried text and promised someone would contact me by email or phone. It's been 4 hours. No call no text, no email, no phone call.Not impressed

Home Depot doesn't stand by Ryobi or help. $14,000 later and a month in, I'm on my own.I ordered a Ryobi 80v mower for $10700+tx June 7, delivery to be June 11, showed up June 22, it had been shipped back and forth between warehouses and I had to call the delivery company twice and Home Depot twice for info. Self assembled which is fine, worked good but not charging as fast or mowing as long as advertised.A week later it won't charge, says it's charging but nothing happening with charge level. For 3 days Ryobi has me calling and waiting on hold an hour each time, pulling out parts, reading numbers, updating charge levels by email (all in single digits). After days of this they say we think it could be the charger so we will send a new one, I was told to wait 10 business days for arrival, on business day 12 I notice they are online for $998+tax and buy rather than waiting, the new arrives 4 days later, still haven't seen the warranty replacement one 15 business days later. New charger did nothing, still not charging the 40v at all and going up by 1% every 12 hours on the 80v.I call Home Depot to return and because I have had it for 32 days it is no longer eligible as they only allow for 30 days. Well I just got home from a weekend away and figured I would give it until the charger arrived, trusting Home Depot has a 90 day return or would back their product. No, absolutely no way in the 2 hours it took to try to get someone and explain the situation would they consider anything beyond 30 days even though within 7 days of getting it I tried to go through Ryobi for service and waiting for them to go good on at least making it charge.I have lots of yard equipment that is battery, I have an F150 lightning, I have solar on my house and garage, I'm not new to this but it seems Home Depot and Ryobi is.Spending this much money as a Home Depot Pro who spends $25k per quarter minimum at Home Depot and you think they will at least meet you part way.

paid for countertops 23rd march 2023, today 27th june 2023 STILL dont have an installation date. keep getting excuses when calling the call centre. I've called over 15 times on various days over he last 3 months. last excuse I got was they couldnt get hold of the installer. so for a whole WEEK no one could speak to the installer???? this is ludicrous. Now I'm trying to call the actual store - instead of a call center - the phones are busy/cut you off/ answerphone for the kitchen section is 'full' (not surprising!) Terrible customer service.

This is my first negative experience with Home Depot, but It incensed me. I bought a wheelbarrow and was charged $11 for assembly since it was already assembled. I got home and realized the unit was assembled completely wrong. Bolts loose, parts in backwards, wheel bearing (nipple) not greased and bolts in the wrong locations. IT took me nearly a half hour to disassemble and reassemble it properly. Home depot you owe me 30 minutes of my life I will never have again. I get it good help is hard to find, but maybe a little QA would be recommended.

My coworker and I were at the Sydney Home Depot picking up a sizeable (and difficult) order for work and we were helped by an employee named Paula. She made the whole experience as easy as it could be and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even finding suitable alternatives when items we needed were either discontinued or unavailable. I'll ask for her by name next time im in need of assistance at this location.

Quiet there on a Tuesday evening. Lots of stock in the store and stereotypically ignored by the staff.Got what I wanted and used the self service (no cashiers there).

Yesterday, my friends and I encountered the most caring, honest, efficient person we have ever met in customer service. Carolin , of 17 years, (no wonder) was there to save the day with multiple options regarding our concerns. When one did not work, you could feel the disappointment by the look on her face however, she had a back up plan that would work just as great. Carolin, you are the sweetest lady! And I will never forget you! Thank you graciously for your efforts..
