VALUE VILLAGE is filled with "cheap" clothes and items supposedly donated by the customers who shop there and others. Why are prices increasing for donations. Why does a shirt which was given to your store for nothing keep increasing. Why are other collectibles disappearing from the shelves replaced by pathetic worthless junk. Please donate to the Salvation Army or other shops that actually help people not fill the pockets of Walmart.Just a thought for the suffering cold an hungry people.

Most things are still cheaper than new - but watch what you grab - it may not be as good as you thought. Still a great business

This place is fantastic. They had all my friends old clothes after their boyfriend immediately donated them upon breaking up. They bought back all sorts of wonderful items!

Used to really love going to this store, the last time I went into Sydney I COMPLETELY skipped it due to the prices being a bit extreme, $40 for a pair of Lulu leggings that were donated for Free!? Anybody whose donating to these large scale stores, please consider donating things to non-profits that are down the street like SPCA OR Salvation Army, at least they give back to the community when times are tough. OR considering co-signing at Thrift stores and make some money back, support local.

Have had my fair share of shopping here from time to time and came across some good decent stuff. What I would like to see though is a USB test station. They have for electronics a outlet setup for testing things like TV's, DVD players, printers, toasters, etc, that all require plugging into a wall outlet, but they don't have anything for USB products like computer keyboards, mouse, certain types of speakers that takes USB connection. If something was there to be able to test those kinds of things to see if like a light on the devices turns on it would help so much because then people aren't wasting money on what they believe is a good looking keyboard, mouse or speaker, travel all the way home to try it but find out it don't work, then get upset because no exchanges on electronics or even time to travel back and look for something new can get quite frustrating, especially if a customer doesn't live like directly in Sydney that they would be in close proximity to travel back and look for something new, because a lot of people travel from other places to go shop there since it is such a popular store. So it would be nice if the store could get like one of those outlet wall power bar strips that comes with minimum 2-3 USB ports built into the power bar strip. It would no doubt make a lot of people happy to be able to test out USB plug in products just like other customers that has the chance to test normal wall outlet plug in products.
