A gem indeed! We came and tried the liquors and jams and got as many as we could carry! They had some unique and memorable flavors which I miss already. Can’t wait to comeback.
They also have a small garden in the back which I think is worth visiting.

First and quick mid Oct end of season and still found it a quite lovely and tranquil walk with lots to see. Looking forward to visiting regularly next year! Treated myself at the gift shop with a yummy jelly, all made on site!

Love love love this place! The gardens are beautiful, although we came at the end of the season the walk through the gardens was still so beautiful as a fall walk. Got the cutest photos of me and my girlfriend!
The staff when we went into the store were very informative and even gave us a taste test of jams, jellies, cordials etc.
We ended up buying the sampler of the jellies which comes with 6 small jars of different flavors. The box they came in was handmade! So special! Thank you girls for this cool experience. Look forward to coming back!

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment with the experience my fiancé and I have had with the wedding venue coordinator Jenn, at Tangled Garden. The level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of punctuality we encountered was simply unacceptable. Crucial messages went unanswered, timelines were not respected, and there was a clear disregard for our time and plans.
As a direct result of this mishandling, we have now been forced to scramble to secure a new venue at the last minute, placing both our budget and our wedding plans in jeopardy. What should have been an exciting and joyful process has instead been overshadowed by unnecessary stress and frustration.
To make matters worse, we live out of province and have been attempting to coordinate with Tangled Garden for over a year and a half. During this time, we were informed that a new coordinator would be taking over. However, when we requested her contact information, our inquiries were ignored. We sent multiple emails attempting to arrange phone calls and finalize a contract, yet those requests went unanswered as well. When we contacted the venue directly in hopes of reaching the owner, we were instead met with an unprofessional response from the coordinator herself.
This entire experience has been incredibly disheartening, especially considering that Tangled Garden was our dream wedding destination. We had hoped to celebrate such an important day in a place we truly admired, but instead, we were left feeling dismissed and unsupported.
I strongly caution anyone considering Tangled Garden as a wedding venue, as the lack of professionalism and communication is simply unacceptable.
I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe you should be fully aware of the way your business is being represented. I trust you will recognize the seriousness of this situation and take appropriate action to ensure no other couples are subjected to this level of treatment

Our daughter's wedding took place there this year and it was truly magical. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are the best.

The afternoon picnic contains the best scones you will ever have, anywhere. That aside, the garden is beautiful any time of year and the staff are amazing.
We got married here and plan on returning on our anniversary for a picnic every year. Thanks to everyone at the Tangled Garden
