I was in your store today. Two staff members were sitting cross legged up on the counter while another was leaning on the counter. One was on her phone, the other two were engaged in , undoubtedly, important conversation. I was so amazed I actually took a picture! I walked around the store twice and never received any inkling of a recognition. I am sure if they had bothered to look at me they would have seen me rolling my eyes.

Staff don't help. On a busy day they only have one person helping, and they're usually the slowest employee available. I stood for 20 minutes waiting for an employee before i put my stuff back and walked out. This is not my first bad experience here. I probably could've gotten my items quicker had I ordered them online. I recommend only going here if you are not going to try stuff on.

Today while shopping at your store in greenwood Ns it was the absolute worst experience ever…. It was like walking into an unexpected party…. The music was beyond loud and the staff kept switching the songs if it wasn’t a song of their choice… there were four staff behind the counter laughing unruly loud, on their phones and eating and drinking chips and pop… unfortunately I along with other customers walked out not buying what we went to buy…. Sorry to share this but I feel it is not very professional and business like….

Every time I’m in this location the music is too loud to focus and is often playing inappropriate music including swearing so I can’t bring my children shopping in there and the employees are usually sitting on the counters and the girls are externally standoffish and we’re visibly annoyed when asked to turn the music down at least a little. Just a really unprofessional staff in my opinion. Will not be back as this is almost every experience I’ve had in this location.
