Can't say enough good things about Katy at the Greenwood store. Pleasant, professional, patient (with a senior), fixed my tech problem, answered questions about a possible upgrade. I give her 2 more stars if I could. This was at the end of a long busy day.

The salesperson in the Greenwood mall, his name is Scott Fiander, he is extremely knowledgeable and was able to draw from his experience to quickly and efficiently handed our phone issues and transferring our account over. This was done with multiple sections within the Telus/GBS technology company.

We went in to discuss the exclusive partners program and dealt with a very unpleasant individual whom either doesn't know their own products or was attempting to upsell us for a better commission as well as was unaware of the wholesale/market value of a phone that he claimed to have a 850 dollar mark up that they 'discounted' which was entirely untrue as their regular price is 1650 and not the 2400+ he quoted, we inquired about a family share plan (which is clearly listed on the website and available for purchase for both partners and non partners alike) and was told that under no circumstances could we share data between three lines. This is entirely false per Telus's own website. The plan we should have been quoted was 105, his plan was 180+ which is quite the difference between totals. All the while we're discussing this and attempting to get a straight answer from the sales person he is either spinning around in his chair or simply being entirely flippant when speaking to us.Learn your pricing (especially when dealing with someone who sells electronics for a living), learn your plans, learn how to interact with people pleasantly.If you need to talk to Telus in person don't waste your time here and just go to New Minas.
