Really poor service, if you want to return some item, you should keep original receipt, and original box and keep it like a treasure, it’s crazy, they can’t reprint a receipt even if you show a photo of the original receipt, they don’t know what means DATABASES, they don’t care about customers, they just want your money and keep it no matter what

CSM Karen is incredibly rude. She had an elderly lady in TEARS. I cannot even believe what I witnessed. She needs extra training and should NOT be in charge of anyone. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. I will be contacting corporate about this issue!! I AM OUTRAGED!

The tall blonde guy who works at the door for Greenwood Walmart just hassled my 20 yr old daughter and accused her of shoplifting today, March 27. She clearly wasn't shoplifting. "Uh huh. Sure" he said when she objected to his false accusation. Nope. Never ever shopping there again. Jerk.

Walked around the store FOREVER looking for a 4 pack of Monster. They had none. I'm sorry but telling me that you 'must've sold out' is ridiculous. Everyone and their dog knows that's not true. Don't lie to my face. I'm not paying like $14 for 4 little cans just because there is no box. Do better Walmart.

I went to the customer service counter to return an item, when the representative offered me a Walmart credit card. I was hesitant and didn't really want one. However, she was insistent, so I gave in. She never gave me a form and I never provided my signature. I never thought much of it, until I received a letter.The letter I received was from Walmart Rewards (she never told me about who or what they are.). They said that I was rejected due to a credit check they did with TransUnion (she never told me there would be a credit check and I had no idea who TransUnion was until now.).I called TransUnion, with the number provided in the letter I received from Walmart Rewards, which said they were based out of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Instead, the call was redirected to a woman in India. I explained that they had no legal right to share information about me with Walmart or Walmart Rewards. I asked for her to wipe the information from all records and she said she couldn't do that.So, I called this Walmart (in Greenwood) to see if they could fix this problem, because the letter I received from Walmart Rewards says I have bad credit (which is why I received a rejection letter.). It's not even the credit card that matters here, what matters is that this was illegal. Again, I was never told of this process and I never gave my signature. The problem here is that Walmart now has my personal information AND information about my (alleged) credit score (whatever it was that TransUnion told them).Not only does Walmart now have a credit report with my name on it, but it's a false report as well. Because, I checked my credit score with three Canadian banks and they all said I have good credit and am eligible for a VISA or Mastercard.So, I spoke to Ethan first, after being held on the line for over an hour, only to be told that he was just the assistant manager, when I had asked for the supervisor. He then informed me that it was "over his head" and that I had to speak to Luke. So, I waited 1 day and spoke to Luke today, who is either the 'supervisor' or the 'head manager'.I told him about the issue and he refused to contact corporate for me. All I want is a letter saying the information has been wiped from their records, because 1. it is false and 2. I never gave them permission to do a credit check. He didn't care and basically said: "Do whatever you want."All I am asking for is for them to correct the mistake... that's all. Just get rid of the false information about me and send me a letter saying you did that. Apparently, Walmart and Luke just don't care enough to follow the law or fix their mistakes.
