I had a haircut and color done by Jennifer on Saturday, and she was amazing! She handled my hair so gently, paying attention to every strand. When she washed and dried my hair, she styled it in a way that makes it so easy to manage at home. The coloring was also done very carefully, so my hair didn’t get damaged at all—actually, it feels healthier and looks shinier than before. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Jennifer!

Currently Ando has a private manicurist, Tetiana.. working in a very nice, clean, quiet area in the back of the salon. Tetiana has amazing skills and pays great attention to detail. Highly recommend. I’ve been to salons around the world & her skills are on par with those of the best manicures I’ve received.

I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially considering I spent $300 for a bleach and color service. Unfortunately, the results were far from what I expected. The bleach was uneven, and I ended up with chemical burns on my scalp that led to scabbing — something that should never happen during a professional service.
I tried to resolve the issue by calling the salon and asking to speak with a manager, but despite calling three days in a row, I was told each time that no one was available. I never received a call back, which was really disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-up and care afterward made the situation even worse. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their technique and customer service.

Amazing Hair Transformation & Great Service!
I got my wavy and curly hair straightened here, and I’m so happy with the results! Aaron really took his time to understand my hair type and made sure the final look was smooth, sleek, and natural. My boyfriend also got a scalp hair spa during our visit—he absolutely loved it and said it felt super relaxing and refreshing. The service was professional, friendly, and the whole experience was so comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality hair care and pampering!

I don’t usually give reviews, but I had an amazing experience with Jennifer! I came in for a head spa and haircut, and she made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She was so attentive—constantly checking in to make sure I liked how my haircut was going and that I was doing okay. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. I absolutely love how my hair turned out. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who listens and puts genuine care into their work!

I recently had a balayage appointment with Ashley, it was wonderful! She made me feel welcomed, and did an amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I had in mind and asked lots of questions to get the desired look I was wanting!
