“I wanna say thank you for the exceptional service and support provided by the Jenna and Cody. Whenever an issue arises, such as the recent problems I had with my refrigerator and stove, the response from the maintenance team has been prompt and efficient. Jenna and Cody, in particular, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care. They quickly addressed the issues with both appliances, and their decision to replace the stove with a new, high-quality model was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the recent modernization of the gathering room is impressive. The updated design and improved view have made it a much more enjoyable area for residents. Jenna and Cody exemplify what great building managers should be. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism have not gone unnoticed. I hope they continue to be part of King Andrew Tower team for a long time.”
