The staff that work the front desk always appeared to go above and beyond to help you. And for being downtown, I usually don't have any problems finding a parking space on their lot to access my locker.

Recently got a unit and it was so fast and easy to move everything in. Especially as a student I found the process very easy and the prices are student friendly as well!!! I recommend.

We recently rented a unit from Apple Self Storage on Brunswick St in Halifax. Jennifer and Courtney were very helpful, friendly and professional. As first time renters, we also appreciated their patience in answering all of our questions. Clean, convenient and great service!

I was recently in Halifax due to a death in the family. Frazzled, stressed and grieving. I was in need of a dry warm space storage space quickly. René at the downtown location was amazing. He made sure to walk me through everything. He even helped me to setup my lock combination! I am so impressed at how patient and kind the staff were. The space was clean and dry and exactly what I was looking for. The staff went above and beyond. Highly Recommend!

Clean and temperature controlled space. Well lit with handy timers on spot lighting. Excellent security camera array. Very accessible carts make it easy to maneuver your stored items through good sized hallways. Good selection of unit size to accommodate most (don't try to fit a truck in there and you'll be fine).Knowledgeable and kind staff. Regular cleaning and a seemingly excellent pest control plan is in effect.I shopped around before approaching Apple Self Storage to insure that the rental and insurance rates are on point for this level (or range) of professional chain storage units. It may be higher than some would like to pay however, for my money, I know that my items will be safe.

Apple Storage has been fantastic since day 1! We were in a pinch in a desperate need for a truck & trailer accessible storage solution (being right in the heart of the city makes for a touch search), and the team rose to the occasion right away. We had a storage unit prepped for us within an hour, exactly what we were looking for! We've had the same unit with Apple Storage for the last year, I have nothing but good reviews about every staff member I've dealt with thus far.Thank you Brunswick Street team!PMco Team :)

Seamless move to Halifax thanks to Apple Self Storage. The facility is clean, convenient and the staff are well trained for all of your needs. I needed 24 hr access and this facility has a great location and a variety of storage lockers. I highly recommend this location and the staff, particularly Jennifer! Thank you

Very organized, clean and professional. Amazing staff who are funny and can answer any questions you have! I had a unit at another storage place and isn’t even close to the experience or comparable to apple self storage on Brunswick street! 10/10!

The perfect storage solution! We made a long distance move and needed a convenient and safe storage space for a few months. The entire process from selecting the right size unit, setting up automatic payment, and unloading our things, was smooth and efficient. The facility is clean and secure. The front desk staff were always helpful and pleasant in answering my many questions. Highly recommended!

Great storage centre, easy 24:7 safe access which you can drive in or walk in.Parking available out front & units are reasonably priced considering others in the area.Definitely recommend, especially given the location down town!
