I seem to always be disappointed and not sure why I even try. Went in looking for winter jackets and lo and behold of course I was searching for an expensive item so the associates were glued to my side. I tried on a few jackets while I was in the store. One associate mentioned that perhaps I’d be better suited in a different style. I am a curvy size 4; a basic size small is normally sufficient. The associate mentioned that the powder parka I had on was not flattering for my shape. Not sure where she got off commenting on my body as she happened to be much larger than myself. Shame on you Aritzia! Try harder to be more inclusive of varying shapes and sizes! Maybe start by hiring staff that know what it means to be a “decent human”. I have yet to meet one.

I was very impressed with the classiness & quality of the clothing there, the femininity of the styles, and the excellent customer service of the gals working there! The layout of the store is also a huge plus! I found a fantastic dress to wear to a wedding! I was also pleased to learn that it's a Canadian company, founded in Vancouver.

Literally STOLE my money....
Where to start lol
I ordered the wrong size of shoes online. The size drop down didn't indicate the sizes were for men (looking back now I can see if you scroll down past the size selection, it explains it there).
So I reordered my correct size and decided to return the original shoes at the store directly since it costs money for postage if I didn't.
At the store, I was told I was only eligible for a gift card since the shoes had a 15$ discount on them. Neither my receipt nor the website (because trust me, I scoured it when I got home) say that items purchased online with $$ off of them cannot be returned.
So, upset, I take the card and decide to purchase some items on their website and be done with it. Shocker. The gift card does not work!
When speaking to Support Agent, I am told that the card was used at a store in Toronto ( I am in and live in Halifax) and because of this, I would not be able to get any money back.
I asked how someone could use a gift card at a store without physically having a gift card and was told they can't. I also asked how it could have been used without knowing the pin number because I only scratched the pin # off as I was trying to checkout online before it said it didn't work. SUS!!
This should be an Aritzia issue, not a consumer issue. They have literally at this point, stolen from me.

Just had the rudest experience with an older woman who had washed out faded orange red hair, I think her name was kat or something like that. I was over in line at the fitting room and she immediately had this condescending tone and attitude already, I had been waiting and there was a big line behind me when the girl in-front of me took one step to look at something. The old woman looked at me with this disgusting look and yelled at me to get in line. I had to do a double take because I had been in the same position for the entire line up and everyone was behind me. After that she didn’t even try to help me. Another woman who wasnt working the change room had to put me in a fitting room. Overall awful experience.

Was there last night with my daughter to return a shirt and buy a sweat shirt. Was past the return policy date they looked after us anyway. Friendly service. Love this store❤️

A very small selection of clothes. Also seems that you need to have a certain social position in order to buy things here lol… The place is full of disregard for customers.

I visited on Boxing Day, and was greeted by many various staff members. All were incredibly friendly. I was impressed not only with the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and racks on such a busy day, but also with how speedy and positive the staff were despite being down to one register as they were having system errors. Overall a great shopping experience

I recently visited here and bought a super puffer jacket.Classic designs at a premium price. At least this outlet has better prices than the regular stores. Didn't have any issues finding the correct sizes for the styles I was looking for.The store was clean and bright and the aisles weren't overly crowded even though the store was busy.Had a wonderful experience at this Aritzia.

I saw a worker pick her nose and then wipe it on a merchandise item. There was also a worker who stank so bad I almost vomited. The workers need to learn proper hygiene practices
