Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been positive. I was in a very good mood wanting to treat myself with a new dress. I fell in love with that pink dress, tried it on and it fit perfectly. After that I looked at the price and realized it was on sale. How lucky I was. Went to the cashier and was about to pay when the not so polite salesperson told me a much higher price. He made it seem like I couldn’t read the price tag right even though it was very clear to read. It turned out they had put a sticker on top of the old price (on that price was a percentage off and not on the price that was actually readable). How manipulative. He gave no explanation of why they would cover the original price and said that’s the price. That attitude “take it or leave it” is not customer oriented. Besides this salesperson not having people skills (which is in fact his job), the way the store cover up prices is very misleading. If I have gotten a proper explanation, I would have purchased the dress. He lost a sale today.

Terrible customer service.
They forgot to take the tag of the pants I purchased. Had to drive all the way back to have it removed. They didn’t offer any compensation for my time or gas.
Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Not an awesome store; sometimes can find stuff here. They never have tall sizes in stock, and in general the sizing is inconsistent. A large will be way too tight, whereas an XL will be gigantic. The hfx shopping centre branch is one of the few stores where I've had a cashier be truly rude to me.
