Honestly, I a horrible experience with Bell in the shopping center and the customer service line. Given conflicting advice, sent to and from store multiple times.
I'm still giving five stars because Owen at the Bayers Lake store was incredibly helpful in helping me fix the mess made by the others. I would gladly recommend him.

Literally missed my technician today and didn’t even called me twice. He just called me once for like a sec and hang up. Very disappointed with this service. I dont know if he wants to go home early and decided to like “ oh maybe I’ll pretend to call then hang up and then tell them ten customer didn’t answer”. Very dissatisfying and disappointed with bell right now. Literally waited for 5 hours for the technician just for him to ditched his work. Very unprofessional!!! I would give a 0 star !!! And also they said they will call you 30 minutes before they will come but clearly didn’t get that call. Giving me another appointment for like another week is very disappointing and unacceptable. I guess they only nice when they want you to get their services. not recommending bell for internet( wifi).

I ordered the installation of a Gigahub at my new house on august 1st and was told the earliest available date was Tuesday august 6th. As recently as Sunday that date was confirmed. 5pm rolls around and no one has called or shown up. I call and am told that the technician didn’t have time to come. They set the time and failed to deliver. And I’m top of that, no one bothered to reach out and tell me. So now I’m stuck without wifi till the 9th. I was told there was no way to be you sooner. Now I have to take time off work on Friday to wait for them to install the hub that they had assured me twice would be installed Tuesday. Not impressed.

I had an excellent experience moving my business over to Bell from Telus. Nadia worked wonders to get us an excellent package, and made the whole thing as painless as possible. If I had more phones, I would be back.
Its a telecom company, people will always have bad and good experiences. But in my experience Bell usually goes the extra step.

They are s great place to shop for cell phones if you need to upgrade. They offer alot of different phones and packages.
Also it is easy to get help from their call center if needed.
Their app comes in handy ad well !

After 20+ years with Rogers, I walked into the Bell store one night to check them out. Johannes was working, and he explained things perfectly. I was back the next day with 3 family phones, and Nadia powered through some weirdness at the Rogers end to get everything switched over quickly and smoothly. From the helpful and friendly talk with Nadia and Johannes, I knew Bell would be a lot cheaper. For a bonus to this whole great experience, their data speeds are way faster too. I’m a very satisfied customer.

The staff provided excellent customer service for myself and the other 6-8 customers that needed assistance during my visit; far better experience in store, than on the phone with call centres!

I am beyond disappointed with this service, I pay extra for internet from here and it had been working fine till randomly it just stopped working one day… now I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get help and I just keep getting passed around. I was supposed to receive a new modem, but when I called back days later they told me a modem was never processed or sent to us in the first place.
How can this service be so expensive, and yet so terrible in every way??

I thought I had a good experience at the bell store. The time it took in the store was a little frustrating, but they got there in the end.
Until today, the day of my install.
I ordered 1gb fibe internet & when the useless tech showed up her told me that I could only get 500mb service. So after 4 frustrating calls to bell & no help from the store, the tech without telling me just left because he could hear me getting frustrated with the customer service in the phone & instead of acting like an adult he just left
I had to call to get another installer Aman who was the only person from Bell that had a clue. He had my internet installed & running in less than 30 min.
Nobody at the store or the call center helped in any way.
I completely regret getting bell & should have stayed with my original ISP.
