This service is trash in every conceivable aspect. From customer support to actial technical skills to completing the job i have only had terrible experiences. Go anywhere else. Do no use best buy and do not use geek squad.

Tried to reach the Halifax store. Whatever support was there forwarded me then it hung up. I call back to a second rep and asked them to forward me because I got disconnected. Then got asked all about which department. I said general customer service for that store, then got asked again which department. I said I got hung up on and would like to take to someone in that store in general service area. Then she proceed to explain she needed more info why?? I asked why are you aggravating me I just want to connect to the general services for that store. They then hung up on me. If I could give 0 STARS I would.

Best place for a screen protector for your phone.I struggled for a long time with curved screens. S9 plus and now S23 ultra. They either fall off or let dirt get in. In the case of the S23 ultra they also need to be sensitive enough for the fingerprint scanner..Best buy has an in house option for $50, tailored to fit your phone, comes with a 1 year fee replacement as well. It is a polymer hybrid not gorilla glass but feels very smooth. Hands down best option I found yet.

I was having trouble finding what I wanted, and up came Mohamed Ibrahim to help me out. If anyone deserves a raise then it has to be Mohamed. He was extremely patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Mohamed deserves a raise or some sort of reward for his excellent customer service.

Extremely bad costumer service.Bought a pc monitor in store with help from a store associate thinking it was a different monitor.Found out it was the wrong monitor after getting home, went back all the way in an Uber cause I don’t have a car and can’t take the bus while handling a 32” pc monitor.So anyway after all that and getting to the store the manager there gave an answer like I’m a stupid person who doesn’t even know common sense.There is no business in their right mind that will let costumers change price tags between products without taking responsibility when a buying customer buys something entirely different than what he choose in front of his eyes because of the price tag.And after all of that the only compensation I get is a discount of 40$ instead of at least a price match.And then when we started the refund process the customer service guys don’t give a damn about actually servicing their customers in terms of understanding that it’s their own fault and showing zero respect to me or my father and even being a little disrespectful at the end.This was my first and last experience with Best Buy ever.

I had a fantastic experience there. Customer service with the Chromebook specialist was amazing. Wonderful energy and great care given. Highly recommend.

An amazing store that needs to be visited ASAP! Mohammed Mustafa, a TV sales representative, offered outstanding service to me and my wife whilst we browsed for new TVs for our new apartment. His intelligent advice and recommendations lead us to purchase our greatest asset in our home. Thanks Moe !

Best Buy does not honor warranties unless you pay extra.Anything more than 30 days and you're screwed. It doesn't matter if there's a one year warranty from the manufacture, you're on your own.

Nice store, poor customer service. Won't be shopping there again.Purchased a set of Razer headphones online for in store pickup to replace a pair of Corsair headphones. Sound was good, but the microphone was distorted and severely lacking. One test and I knew the audio was severe a downgrade to the point that the microphone 'sounded like I was underwater and 5 feet away from the microphone' and that I needed to return them. Apparently this is a common issue with the brand with no solution, although I did try some research and steps I found online. Satisfied that they weren't going to work out and that I'd tried my best to get them working, I put them back in the box, sealed it, and returned to the store when I could a few days later.On return, the cashier advised me that the policy is 'Only exchange on used headsets' for hygiene reasons. I asked them politely to point out where this was indicated. I was referred to the receipt I was emailed (which didn't have the disclaimer - they even looked), the customer service desk sign (which wasn't visible when I picked up the order and obviously not when I placed it online) and the website (which to their credit, I looked, does have a tiny disclaimer. Beneath the 'thirty day return' policy is a small note that says 'Condition: Unopened, no signs of use'). Despite insisting that the microphone was basically unusable, they insisted they would only offer an exchange, despite the unit being in visibly pristine order.Again, to their credit, after it was apparent I wasn't going to accept an exchange a manager ultimately decided to allow the return (which I appreciate). I can appreciate something being done as a courtesy, but rather than sympathize with the situation, decided to treat me like I was trying to scam the store and seemed visibly angry."I'm allowing it. This. time. Never again. Do you understand me? This is a one. time. exception. only."Store policy is store policy (although the policy is downright terrible - how would you know if a headset worked or not without trying it), however rather than any degree of humanity and understanding, I was issued a curt and stern warning for returning a headset that was borderline defective.Never again, indeed.

Please newer pay for any regular or extended warranty in this store, they doesn't not cover anything! The staff just lied and when the time comes to the warranty, they not even takes a item, sent me to Samsung!The duty manager, Peter, not really knows what he does, said to me to call warranty service and to ho online tried himself and did not completed the claim.Very unfriendly and not professional people, I newer will come back to this store! Totally not recommend to everyone!

Store has items on display on their shelves which are not available in the store. Waste of time and non apologetic when this is pointed out. If I want to order things I would go to the web store not the physical store. Will never deal with this company again.

I went to best buy to pick up a new television that I was looking at on their website. I was in and out of the store in less then 10 minutes and they carried my new tv out to my truck for me ! Everything was very easy the salesperson was pleasant and it was easy to find a parking spot. Great place to shop !

The service was a bad by our first helper and then I met Sapath who really was great. Honest polite and new everything my wife needed to buy our new laptop. Sarath knows his product and takes his time to make sure this retired couple got what they needed.

Might as well order online with all the help they’re able to provide. Was looking for a lightening to USB-A charger and was shown everything but. Was finally handed a product that was USB-A to USB-C. Not worth your time.
