Bought a pair of heels a week ago and on just one indoor wear it ripped apart and they refused to help us in any way manager didn’t follow the policy of their own store that are written on the receipt not a good store at all

Very low quality and Worst customer service ever .Staff is very disrespectful ! I bought a pair of heels and i just wore them once and after that it is visible what happened . I went back to return them but I was denied and they said, they can't do anything in this case . There is a guy who called himself a manager he doesn't seem like a manager at all , no basic manners how to talk to the customers , no politeness, no respect .He didn't try to help me , displayed extreme rudeness. He acted like he own the entire mall,lol! I am wondering who hires these kind of employees .I wish i could give them a zero rating because this store doesn't deserve even 1 star. I would never recommend this store to anybody . Really bad experience .

Value village would be better than them. Not good quality and you can’t even return although with receipt and under policy.

Very low quality and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Said I could return the shoes within 60 days but was denied return even after only wearing it 3 times. The shoes were close to new conditions with just the soles being dirty. However, the lady at the cashier said it was in unsellable condition.

I have been a loyal customer since 5 years. I have been to many call it spring stores in Ontario but “THIS IS THE WORST BRANCH OR STORE”. I bought a shoe that took out big chunk of my skin for walking for 5 mins so I went to return it back within 7 days which is under 30 day policy. They didn’t take the shoe return and refused the return.Very rude staff and I AM NEVER SHOPPING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND NEVER GOING TO BUY from CALL IT SPRING SHOE AGAIN! I have spent over thousands of dollars in buying shoes from here but I m going to switch to something new !! PATHETIC!! Worst customer service!! I wish I could give a zero rating because this store in Halifax doesn’t deserve even one star

I shopped here on Dec,30th,2023 around 8:30 PM, they were busy & I understood that they are about to close soon, so I didn’t bother them much & selected a pair on my own, 3 different associates occasionally did a little formality here & there, one employee started dusting counters right on my face (I mean!!?) and I somehow made it to the checkout counter with a pair I was buying, the cashier checked me out in such a rush that I literally pulled out my own receipt from the printer at the till as she was really distracted & forgot to hand it to me, & I really didn’t mind that , and just smiled and said sorry I came in so late & left without really trying a pair properly, I wore the boots later & realized that they are super uncomfortable, poor quality, lacked ergonomic consideration in design, went back to try to exchange them, no one gave me a chance to explain the entire ordeal, a girl talking to me laughed & suddenly left the counter mid-conversation, & a big scary looking guy with big eyes came & went like “that’s your receipt?” put it in the box , & said ‘ there you are’ , & wanted me to just disappear on that note. Who on earth hired these people? I never post reviews (especially negative) , but I have never seen someone stoop so low on basic customer service skills so I had to just post this, I hope y’all don’t talk to your family like that, your policies are one thing, but the way you treat others is beyond my imagination, that big guy acted like he owns the entire mall, haha! The entire ordeal was so bad that it’s actually funny, IDK what else to say, good luck to these obnoxious employees as that’s the only thing that can help them if they wanna grow in life, coz they lack basic manners, for any customer reading this - trust the bad reviews & RUN!!!! as far as possible from this store ?
