We tried to return a pair of shoes that were bought in another branch. We were given the shoes with no box. Even though they did not tell us nor does the cash receipt (contract of sale) states it explicitly, we could not return them because the box was missing.With a history of owning stores and law background I used some legal information, the store person told us we had to leave the store. She felt uncomfortable and threatened to call mall security (Bart the Mall Cop on his Segway?)It is shocking how big corporates treat customers and how poorly trained staff is on customer care. Do they not know that humans buy multiple pairs of shoes per year? And that once you lose a customer, it is costing you multiple times more to win them back, if ever?

Worst customer service. I bought shoes yesterday and wore in store only and I went there today to return the shoes and they said they were worn so they can't return the shoes. There was one more customer over there who had same issue. They have the worst cutomer service I have experienced in my life till now.

They have very bad customer service. I went with my friend to exchange the shoes to get another size but their manager was very rude and she was not even listening to us and was repeating the same thing about the shoes bieng worn and that was just once , the shoes were just like brand new. Not recommended at all.

They have terrible customer service. I went to exchange the shoes and they said the shoes were worn so we can’t exchange them with the another size. Even I didn’t worr them even once. Not recommended at all.

Got a shoe for my graduation. The shoe was so poorly made got hurt wearing it so didn’t even wear it on my grad day. I was skeptical when was buying it but the associate told me I can return it if I really don’t like it. Anyways went to return it and then they said it’s been worn before and is not resale-able which is ridiculous as I didn’t even take off the tags. The associates should know that before giving false info to make sales.

Went in for shoes, workers were too busy having a conversation to help me or even greet me.Ended up going to Browns instead! I'd rather pay more for better service.

DESTINY!! She’s the best worker. It was a pleasure getting help from her today. She was so helpful, kind, funny and overall a great person! I left the store with two pairs of shoes and a shoe cleaner for an amazing price, I will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you again Destiny, keep up the great work!

Tried to order pair of shoes from store as they don't have any stock.. it's most horrible experience u get ..no update for any shipping thing and when u call they say order is returned .. refund your money hahaha .only by in store

Customer service was not very good, one poor gal was running the till with a long line and the other was on her phone and would take 10 minutes each time she went to the back to find sizes. We had already picked a style online and just needed to pick up correct size and still ended up taking 30 minutes to buy a single pair of shoes.

1 star is even to much of a rating for the customer service provided from this place. Pretty sad when your 12 year old daughter goes into the store for you and an employee gives her an attitude. Not sure what getting an attitude with a 12 year old does for you but its clear you hate your job.

I had a very bad experience with the representative working there. They don’t know how to provide customer service. Moreover they don’t even know how to talk or make you feel welcoming. She wasn’t even listening to what i was asking and kept saying we don’t keep it here. I saw a handbag on the website and it was showing that it is available in Halifax Shopping Centre call it spring. When I asked her about the handbag she replied that they don’t update their inventory regularly and also just because its showing on website that doesn’t mean its available here. Very Bad Experience
