Always have a nice experience. Never had any issues and i probably ship parcels out every few weeks. The two gentleman i deal with are always pleasant answer any questions and make sure everything is handled well.

Terrible post office, tried to pick up a parcel 2 days in a row but the people working weren’t there for the posted hours. They just left a note on the counter saying they won’t be there till the next day.

Had a false customs charge on a package from Korea and Haliey encouraged me to send it for a re-evaluation, helped me with the forms, and I was back in today after a month getting my package released for free (as it should be because the shipping was already paid for in Korea while sending). Thanks to Hailey I didn't lose $40+, she absolutely deserves a raise!

Gone to this location numerous times to return and pick up packages. All the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. It's well organized and fast-moving. No issues at this location. Would highly recommend!

Nicely run post office!! Good staff, frequent parcel delivery, nice location of folks near Dal and SMU. Hours are somewhat shorter than some other post offices like the Lawtons on Spring Garden Rd, but still, its a great place.
