It was not good experience with Canadian tire spry field as I bought few things & quality of motor master engine oil packaging is not good it got leak in my car & when I I came to tell the at Canadian tire manager was covering the thing instead of listening to meThat’s really bad service from Canadian tire manager itself

Alan and Stacy are a dynamic duo! They gave me the best customer care while their service department was fixing my tire. Stacy drove me to work. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I will buy my next set of tires at Canadian tire for sure. Thanks again!

Unprofessional and no respect for their customers or commitments.Appointment was denied for an exact 10 min delay after I patiently waited for customers ahead of me.Additional staff stepped inside seeing me approach and does not care.Eventually denied service after a 2 week wait.Would not recommend to anyone?

Whoever buddy was working on my car decided to leave work early for the weekend, didn't bother to bolt down my air intake and somehow forgot to plug the O2 sensor back in. Service without care - don't bother with this place.

Gary at the Parts Desk is phenomenal, I grew up following my Dad "to see Gary" and when I got my own truck I started coming on my own.I moved to Lakeside a few years ago and tried the Parts Desk at Bayers Lake because it was closer and definitely missed the quality and knowledgeable service we get from Gary. I switched back and made the commute to Spryfield whenever I needed something for my vehicles!

Brought something to return after waiting about 15 min found out it cant be returned without propper explanation said something was missing nickson flex clamp,a sheet of metal two clamps and adhesive tape shows them right on the box and wouldnt take return while i had receipt and quinpool location took it instead thanks for nothing

Service from auto centre was horrible. Scheduled an appointment which was confirmed over a week in advance and then was told they could not do the service when I arrived. Would’ve been nice to have gotten a call to let me know beforehand…

Was there to purchase an outdoor play set for the Grandkids.Staff was very helpful and while the person helping me was verifying one was in stock, I was approached by another staff member asking if I needed assistance with anything.

Terrible staff and terrible return policy. They claim I used the item even though I didn’t and refused to refund me. Talked to the manager and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Do NOT go to this Canadian tire. Or the one in bayers lake either. Both terrible. The older female staff at the customer service are very rude. I’ve found this at this the one in dartmouth crossing, bayers lake and dentith road. Avoid all of them if you can. I have not returned.

I wanted to run in to grab something quickly but couldn’t get around the exceedingly pushy credit card sales staff.It was clear that I wasn’t interested in engaging in this sales conversation and even advised that I already had the card (what Canadian doesn’t already have a Canadian tire mastercard?) but that wasn’t enough. Then the questions about what card it is and how often I use it, when did I use it last, etc.Sometimes somebody just wants to shop at a store without a high pressure sales pitch of something they don’t want or need. On top of that, they didn’t have the actual item I needed!It’s not the salespersons fault really, they’re just acting in the way management has advised. However, that’s enough for me to skip this store, and choose another brand entirely the next time I need something for my home.

Was treated very poorly when i showed my native status card and asked if i can get the discount.Was told i have to get a booklet, when i asked how i may acquire this booklet i was just shown a piece of paper they posted about it then she decided to turn her back on me like i was being abother to her and should already know.Was never asked for booklet at bayers lake so will not be going back to spryfield untill they know how to have better customer service.
