“I am what they call a terrible procrastinator and I left getting some gifts for accounts that I have to the last possible minute. I walked in having just had a terrible experience elsewhere to a very busy shop as it was the end of Black Friday sales and the ramp up to Christmas. I walked up to the Manager(whose card I lost and now can't remember her name) and asked if the tins she had were all she had. She gave me a funny look and said :how many do you need?", "17!!". I think the shock took her at first but she said they only had what was on the shelf. Then she asked what it was for and proceeded to help me in purchasing 20 gifts for accounts that I needed. Not only did she take the time to help but she also had some staff, when it was slower, help to remove all of the chocolates with nuts from each of the tins as I wasn't sure if there were any allergies among my accounts. To say they went above and beyond pales to what they actually did. I have never been more impressed in my life. However, the only reason that I even went back to this shop was because of the Assistant Manager(whose name I can not remember either, although I do remember something about him having kids about my kids ages), as he had been so helpful before with getting me some chocolate that could be eaten by someone with Diabetes. I would 100% recommend these folks to everyone and say that they are all amazing people. Head Office if you are looking at these reviews, you need to give each and everyone of these staff members a raise. THEY DESERVE IT WHEN THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE ME!!”
