Drove three and a half hours from Yarmouth because returns have to be done in person. Online and the front door say open until 8PM and they were closed at 6:21PM with no explanation.

One of the sale associates called my daughter chubby when she was helping us get a size. That is completely unacceptable, you do NOT comment on a child's size no matter what. You might want to talk to your employees about proper customer service.

Drive all the way to Bayer’s lake to exchange a couple items at 6:30. Check hours of operation prior to heading out of my way just to get there and they’re locking the doors. Very disappointed

I bought Carter’s Oshkosh PJ’s for my granddaughter. She wore them Christmas Eve, all day Christmas Day and again last night. Her mom wanted to wash them and told me that she loves them so much that when her mom told her she needed to wash them she started to cry. “But I don’t have anything else that is cozy. None of my pajamas are cozy 😭”. Thank you Carter’s Oshkosh!

I had an issue with an order and tried calling them, they said I should be able to solve the issue online myself but in fact there was no option to do so. They said they cannot help with online orders, but then they asked me to wait a bit, after a while they hung up the phone and when I tried to call back (twice), they didnt pick up! So I moved on! but this is extremely disrespectful, if you cannot or dont want to help you can just direct me to someone else, just say maybe "please try our support email or phone number". I am actually surprised by how rude they were, I was not upset, frustrated, and I was respectful all the way, it was unnecessary!
