Today, we visited the CIBC Spring Garden branch to open a savings account. Ms. Migas guided us through the various plans and recommended the most advantageous savings account and credit card. She ensured that all our details matched the documents, which will speed up the credit card processing. She was truly excellent!

The guy named Brad is insanely good. Helped me a lot with my cheque and saved me. Not to mention his positive attitude considering it was 5pm on a Friday, when most people are kinda kranky. He’s the best!God bless him

Their new digital banking model has been disastrous. I understand why they're doing it, but the staff are overworked and there is never adequate coverage. Twice I have booked an appointment and still had to wait ten or fifteen minutes because my banker was the ONLY one helping people and had a lineup. The days of full-service tellers may be numbered, but the way they are doing it makes no sense. If you have to send people to a different branch to do things, it may be time to rethink things.

Stupidest bank ever it says branch on google then I race there to cash my cheque 10 minutes befor they close expecting there to be a teller so that my money doesn't get held and the bank has no tellers!?!?!?! Maby this should be mentioned in the details ffs
