Exemplary customer service. I went in to get a new card, was greeted by two wonderful individuals at the door and within 5 minutes I walked out with a fully activated and ready to use card, thank you! Great service!

Could CIBC staff, both at the bank and over the phone, be any more useless??? I opened an account based on offer to get a credit card with close to $200 credit. I loaded the chequing bank account with $300, used the credit card twice for total $100 payment, paid it off from the $300, to realize after one year that I owed the bank $150 after emptying my chequing account and using $200 credit in the credit card, I asked for explanation, couldn't get one. Online banking portal is the most useless. I asked for closing the account and more than three years the account is still open.

There are no tellers working, one person trying to convince everyone to use the ATM...if I wanted to use the ATM I would not be in the branch.

Staffs are very unprofessional and worst customer service. I struggled a lot to get help when some fraud activity happened in my bank account. I have account with them science 5 years.

Possibly the worst branch in the history of banks. The manager required me to disclose private medical information to be seen and discuss an urgent bank matter. Pretty sure THAT’s illegal. In the end, the matter was resolved, by ending my banking relationship with this bank. Hey, thanks for nothing!

Everyone at this branch is very friendly and quickly look after clients waiting to be served. The building is clean, conveniently located on Quinpool Rd., however there is no designated parking so the side street would be the best option if you're driving here.

Beware of crooks there. One of them masquerades as Imperial "financial advisor." Zero integrity. CIBC is utterly corrupt; the higher you go in the chain of command, the worse it gets.
