Rude and Unprofessional Staff
I had a simple question about my fuel transaction, but the staff member responded rudely with, “It doesn’t go to my pocket,” and showed no real interest in helping me. His overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which left me feeling insulted. Staff at this location clearly need proper training on how to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. A very disappointing experience at Circle K (Bedford Highway).

The Circle K convenience store at 389 Bedford Highway is a great place to stop by! The staff is always friendly, and the management is very kind and welcoming. Whether you need to grab a quick snack, a refreshing drink like Red Bull, or fill up your gas tank, this place has it all. The store is clean, well-stocked, and a perfect spot to relax for a bit. Highly recommend!

this location is supposed to be 24/7. i came here at 4am on Canada day trying to buy a drink and im not sure where the employee is, or if they are closed for Canada day. but no sign was left on thw door, the door was locked and no one answered when i rang the door bell several times.

If you buy something inside, always ask for a receipt and check it...they tried to sell a Kinder egg with $6 (it wasn't that much) and when confronted they immediately changed the price and didn't give a receipt to check what actually happened. It might have been a mistake which I totally get, but I'll be cautious from now on here.
