I was helped by a fantastic employee by the name of Angela. She helped me with both Yeti bottles, backpacks, socks, and Hoka running shoes which I will make sure to come back and buy from her! Hire more people like and watch your business grow!

They have an excellent hockey section. My kid is a goalie and it seems like everytime we go to pro hockey they don’t have what we need in stock. Cleve’s always seems to have what we need in his size. They deserve 5 stars for sure

I was in the store yesterday and not one of 10 staff even aknowledged me or even asked if they could help me. Most of them were too busy on their phones. I just left and went to Sportcheck where they were more then happy to help me

My goalie daughter needed new skates and considering how expensive they are and how precisely they need to fit, we spent a lot of time looking at options and trying on different skates. We tried what they had in the store, but she wanted to try a different model than they had in the store. Donnie tracked them down and brought in that model in her size, called me to let me know, and then very kindly agreed to hold them for us until after playoffs. When we went for the final try, he helped and let her take her time deciding and was generally very helpful and kind, as was Kevin. I highly recommend the Bayer's Lake Cleve's and their helpful staff. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

I’m a referee and got my skates sharpened there. Once i hit the ice i noticed that not only one skate had no edge on one side but the other had the same as well. They were so rounded on the edge to the point where my ankle was bending towards the ground. Messed up my knee as well by falling cause of the skates. Wouldn’t recommend getting a “sharpening” done there ????????
