Staff quality urgently needs rectification

I had to initiate communication with the senior with the short grey hair today by saying hello because it was obvious she was not going to. she replied with nothing more than "hi "while averting her eyes from me with almost a look of disgust on her face. i can only assume this was because i was dressed in extremely casual clothes since i was smiling and friendly as i approached. i stood there in front of her waiting for her to offer some assistance and her exact words were"I SAID hi" ..how rude! As a retail worker at the mall i don't understand why she thinks the hoity toity attitude suits her.. I highly doubt can afford to buy one piece of the most affordable basics in this store.its very strange that she would look down her toffee nose at any potential customer seeing as she is probably on commission. she mistakenly treated me as someone who has no money or intention of buying anything (i in fact ordered a few items on the club Monaco website when i got home ) This was a foolish move on her part because i am someone who is lucky enough have disposable income and shop quite frequently for others and on occasion myself.after today it will never be at this (almost always void of customers ) location.

The products are good, though a bit over-the-top with pricing. My recent experience at their store at Halifax Shopping Centre wasn't all that good. One of the staff, a lady with white hair, lacked some very important customer service skills. Without going into specifics, she just had a rude and impatient attitude in the guise of helping out another customer. I think employees like her need to be put out to pasture and just let other staff, who are more sincere at helping customers out, do the job.Our shopping experience was saved by Shivan, who went above and beyond in attending to our needs. We need more people like him in customer-facing roles. For a brand that prides itself with quality products, it needs to be matched with top-quality staff. Cheers!

I have been this store for a couple times, the staff is not approachable at all. they will not greet you and help you, they will gather at the cashier

clothing absolutely feels incredible. And getting something of that quality for a good sale price always feels nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very clean store
