I was very happy with the customer service at CosmoProf the lady’s are very nice and they know about all of the products and answered all the questions I had. I use to go to Maritime BEAUTY to buy all my supplies but the lady’s that work there have no experience with the products there and can’t answer any of my questions or help me with anything but ringing me in and handing me the bill and I must say there customer service is not the best. When I go to CosmoProf I am always greeted with smile and can I help you with anything they are very experienced and it’s always a pleasure going there. Thank you so much guys you will be seeing lots of me.?❤️???

I've been doing hair for over 40 yrs...masterStylist/barber make up specialist and hair colorist...I always went to maritime beauty supplies for years until their staff was inexperienced lacked in customer service for us older stylist, not alot if them knew product and sales personnel...hence I was lucky enough to find Cosmo Prof..they are well experienced amazing customer service and lovely products I only work part time retired now but so happy to have experienced stylist at the cash..

They open at 8:30 in the morning and I called quite frequently until 9:05 with a busy signal. I was calling to see if they had their wax on sale before driving all the way down there. After not being able to reach them I drove down and when I got there the wax wasn't on sale! I'm going to assume they had the phone off the hook! Poor client business is all I gotta say!
