“Fantastic customer service often goes above & beyond. Sometimes holds are placed on cheques more often then other banks I have used in the past BUT they usually offer to call your home branch & remove the hold & if they don't offer they will if asked. Also very trans friendly experiences with a teller I think named Matthew. Thank you!!”

“This is a very good bank. The staff that I have dealt with are nice and pleasant. There is a banking machine in the entrance. They have a nice wheel chair ramp and large automatic doors for folks that have mobility issues. The only parking is as the back of the building.”
