I took my Car to Keizers in Bayers Lake after an car accident. The staff on the desk were very help full and the appraiser took my Car to see what the parts that would be needed for repairs. They gave me a date to bring my Car in and told me that they would book be a rental for me and gave be date that the Car would be ready.
They texted me every day to give me an update and then a text that my Car was ready for pick up a week early.
I could not believe the Car when first seen it, it looked like a brand new Car inside and out. Ant the repair was perfect .I strongly recommend Kaisers complete staff for their great job on my car.

I was recently referred to CSN Keizer's for a broken tail light and related collision damage. They were a pleasure to deal with. They took time to explain my options for repair and did a great job with the repairs I chose to do. I also appreciated the location - easy to get to and lots of parking. If I ever have the misfortune of needing autobody repairs again, I would definitely go to Keizer's.

The worst repair shop in Halifax, I gave my car for accident repair as my insurance company suggested me to go with them. The repair work was below average as they didn’t repair the car as needed. The estimated time they provided was 1 month and took almost 2 months for repair. They damaged my one of the tires by inserting a screw inside the work station during repair. The customer service team especially Ramona was behaving very rude and unprofessional when I asked for the refund for my tire repair, she first asked me to send the receipt for tire repair and will refund me the total amount. The next day when I called her, she was yelling at me and was like we cannot provide any refund. Moreover, talking about the repairs the front bumper was not properly installed as it was missing few screws and plugs. The TD insurance company advisor was also not supportive and was involved with repair shop as giving excuses about the issues I experienced with CSN Keizer’s. I advice everyone to please stay away from this shop and do not trust them and look for better options for repair work in the city.

My car was there for repair work , I must say that my overall experience is far more than pleasant & satisfactory. Very prompt on alerts, notifications & human interaction. I got my car repaired much beforehand than estimated/ expected TAT. Right from front desk to body shop staff - 5Stars ⭐️?⭐️??
