Customer service has become a joke at this location. I've been banking with this credit union for 20+ years now, and things are out of control.
I accidently paid a bill to the wrong payee- called the hot-line within 20 minutes of making the mistake, and was the first call of the day for Nicole (Nicole comes back up). After I explain what was going on, she put me on hold. After she came back, she told me the instant route didn't work, therefore the other option was going to take up to 3 weeks. I agreed, but mentioned that this was disappointing and I needed to consider a change in banking.
Well Nicole decided that because I said that, that she just wasn't going to do anything that we agreed to.
This morning I checked my account on the payee I accidently paid, and the money made it through, imagine my surprise!
So I called back to confirm that what we agreed to happened, and Nicole told me that because I sounded frustrated, she decided to do nothing.
Thank God I am lucky enough to have some extra cash and I didn't miss payments because of this, but I very well could have.
My suggestion is to not bank here.
Just got a call from Danny P. He is just as useless as Nicole and I'm pretty sure they still haven't taken care of my problem. Totally unacceptable.

Absolute Joke. I was Shortly using CUA for my financing customers I own a hvac and solar business. I was Dealing with Danny Piovesan who request an excessive amount of information bank statements, mortgage statements, letter of employment, Power Bills, Lot fee verification, wouldn't do a check without the customer providing there sin number, would send a list of info need then once I sent the info would request more info after I already provided the additional information. No Process no system then to top it all off would say the customer is declined. Do a pre-approval before wasting hours of my team time and my customers time. CUA is dinosaur that will be obsolete in 10 years do to automation and better financiers. Nightmare to work with. Just Run Away and don't waste your time

Did not know what to expect when we first came to the CUA, but our experience has been great. Ashley Rose really took the time to listen to us and help guide us through the mortgage process. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage or needing help to figure out a financial plan.

Got our mortgage 4 years ago, they were late on our closing day, didn’t pay our property taxes when they should have and for our inconvenience she offered us a subscription to saltscapes magazine. Fast forward to today, our house sold and the closing day is tomorrow, and we still do not know what our buyout is. Sure in my opinion, do not get a mortgage through these people, especially Ella Brown. Would give them no stars but it won’t let me
