Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. When I couldn’t find my size in store they ordered it right to my home for me with free shipping! The shoes arrived in two days which was earlier than they told me to expect and they’re perfect! They also showed me which products to use to best protect and care for my shoes so they didn’t get damaged by water and snow salt :) I’ve been living in these boots for two weeks now out in the rain and they look brand new!!!

Very disappointed in service and quality. I purchased a pair of heeled boots and wore them out to my car into the office and could not continue the day with them. They hurt my feet. I tried to return or exchange only to learn their policy is, if they have been worn outside you cannot return. I did not realize but the heel tips were twisted which must have been like that when I purchased because I wore them for less than an hour. The employee had no empathy and tried to tell me I wore them much longer than that as she felt a ware pattern in the shoe bed?? lol
Not only did she refuse to return or exchange she told me it was a “Hard no”! I understand policy’s but now I am stuck with $100 pair of boots that can never be worn. As I was leaving she sarcastically said “Have a good day!” It was an odd experience.
I would donate to someone in need but the tips are near ready to come off.
I love a good pair of boots and have bought many at DSW but will never shop at the Bayers Lake location again. Not one to give bad reviews but this one is deserved and this is more of a warning. Please ensure you know the no return or exchange policy before you buy!!

Just had the best experience here. Ive been on the hunt for a very specific style of shoe that I couldn't find at any of the stores in HSC. Finally tried my luck here and found the exact shoe I was looking for. I treated myself to a few add ons, and altogether for the shoes, sunglasses, protective spray, and pantyhose, my total was less than just the shoes would have been at the other stores. On top of finally finding what I was looking for, the customer service here was absolutely excellent. DSW has definitely earned my loyalty today!

I was really disappointed today at an interaction I witnessed. The lady at the cash had asked the customer for her number, and the customer kindly said no she didn’t give her email out or anything. The sales associate at the cash made this customer’s transaction hell on earth!! She made the lady wait until SOMEONE ELSE gave their phone number and got so snarky with her, I felt bad not saying anything but the customer seemed to have it handled. What an awful thing to witness, especially after she left they called her a Karen. Truly disgusting and I will never be shopping here again.

There are many shoes on display but not many sizes available for certain shoes. There is a good size sale selection. Nobody is ever in this store, usually the store is empty.
However, my rating is low because I would like to purchase my items without being asked a bunch of questions and harassed to give my email and phone number. I know staff are asked to push things like this, but it makes me not want to go back.

What a great selection of brand name boots and shoes. I got a deep discount on a pair of Clark’s and another major brand. One pair was a bit small and they didn’t have a larger size in stock so they ordered and shipped them to my house for free. Absolutely beautiful leather boots and great service. I highly recommend!

Lots to choose from but I can find the same footwear for cheaper prices elsewhere and online. I seen a pair of sneakers I just ordered from Adidas for $99 there yet on sale at Adidas for $34.
