“I bought two IPhone 17 pro max on Nov 12/25 and returned our old phones and the new protection plan was set up on them but on the returned phones the protection plan had not been cancelled as per my understanding when I asked if they would be cancelling it and was told yes. I now found out after 4 payment came out for the two phones I don’t own and have returned. I was told by geek squad that I was supposed to cancel it but I was not informed of that so now I was told by geek squad to go into the store and cancel it to get my money back which I will be going to do today but I also want my money back from them in total of 4 payment for both phones. That is a lot of money to just throw away for nothing. If I don’t get anywhere with the store I will have to contact the manager for a refund. The girl that took care of me that day did a great job friendly and smiled and the only thing she didn’t inform me about was this issue.
