There system eat my gift cards. It show up the $ of the gift card and then it goes away. After that, the gift card is not useable. Something with their register is messed up. Told to the manager and he was very rude. Asked for his manager and when he called her he lied to her right while I was standing there. I asked to talk to her and I Explane what happened. She refused to help. Gave my head off Esso number and when I called them, they said I needed to contact the store. So $70 of gift cards are trash.
Won't go to this Esso store again even though I have been using them since I loved into the area. I have no confidence that they would help me if I ever had another problem concerning anything that might go wrong. They're just not willing to look after their customers.

Not just your regular every day gas station experience! The staff are not only knowledgeable but they are all welcoming & make you feel like you're a friend. Just by going into the store after moving into the area Brandon made me feel like part of the community. He is always so kind when he interacts with his customers & there is no one else I would rather buy my Pepsi from!!

The gas station itself is ok but the car wash is terrible. It does not wash your car properly. Even when using their best var wash option available, it leaves the car dirty.

Stopped to get gas and a snack at 9:30pm on May 3/23. This is by far the friendliest gas station I've been to. In my limited interaction, the guy working really understood how to treat people well. I watched him serve a couple of customers before me, the first customer was having a rough week and the employee was really nice and companionate with him, the second customer was upsold in the nicest way on some fresh popcorn, and the employee was super friendly with me as he rung my purchase through. Excellent customer service seems to be rare these days, but this guy really gets it.

Unique interaction with your employees. One bad thing after another kept happening, and when I walked out of the store while these two boys were chatting, one said “YOU’RE WELCOME” extremely loud as soon as i walked out the door because i didnt thank him. There were multiple things leading up to this, like i said unique maybe i didnt appear thankful at first, sorry buddy i was having car problems, but I would have come back because my car still didnt start and tried again, and popped back in when it finally started to …THANK HIM LIKE A NORMAL PERSON . I am a 24 year old woman, i just felt embarrassed and made fun of.a kind customer jumpstarted my car ❤️ but yeah that just ruined esso for me, you will never see me again, but im sure those two will be fine with that, i seemed to have ruined their night, mine wasnt too great either.employ nice people, because that guy was not it

Be careful! The price is deceptive. They don’t give you 5 cents cheaper than the regular price unless you get their car wash! They should not show the lower price to lure customers who will be tricked at the pump ?

We always pay at the pump. A little disappointed sometimes there's no paper for the receipt. Have to show receipts for the business.
