Problem in their pump #2, just near to diesel pump. It cost me $5.76 equivalent to more than 3 Liters with only a few drops in my tank, and the cashier charged me and paid for it (she admitted that they have a problem with that pump)... Please double check your pump before opening it to your clients. Thank you..

I’ve Known This Gas Station For A Few Years, I Always Had a Great Experience With The Manager Tim He Always Got The Job Done & When I Needed Help With The Gas Pumps Or Questions About Anything He Always Delivered! If I Could Rate The Gas Station overall and Customer Service From him A 10 I Would Some Of The bad reviews Listed at the bottom made no sense to me And Felt Not Real! Because this is a station that never failed to impress! I’m Thankful for This Station & Tim Definitely Would Recommend going here if you’re in need of gas! Or anything really!

Esso Kearney lake is one of the greatest gas stations in the city. I am a frequent customer and I wanted to mention how tidy, neat, clean and sanitary the station is! The environment is one of the greatest with the staff always putting a smile on my face. I would like to recognize “Brandon” one of the workers there for always going above and beyond. There’s not a moment where I’ve missed him working, cleaning, and ensuring operations are completed smoothly and efficiently. He’s a great member for your team!

In the morning, I went to the car wash at 111Kearney Lake Esso Proxi gas station . The car wash program was very bad. I paid for the deluxe car wash, which was $16.17, but after washing the car from start to finish, it took 44 seconds. and 9 seconds of flushing all the soap during the car washing process, I recorded a video from the start and end. I took pictures after washing the car. I was really disappointed when I went back in to meet and talk to a salesman there with him, showing him the picture after washing the car, he just replied No No and didn't want to continue. When talking to me, I had a face that was discriminatory. I'm so sad that I have to write Rivew bad 1 star. I won’t come back here again and hope you don't come here to wash your car or any service.

Incredibly unhelpful & rude attendant by the name of Mike whom talked down to me after I had been double charged by some sort of pump error. I understand technology is liable to fail, but it was the attitude that was the most upsetting. I did not get my $60 refunded & left without the situation being rectified. Told only to “wait until Monday” and the charges should “figure itself out”. This happened on a Saturday. I got nothing in writing & he refused to connect me with anyone higher up who could fix the problem. the manager, Tim McMann I believe, was equally as unhelpful. Unfortunate as this used to be my go -to gas station.

Easy entry and exit. Pay at the pump worked just fine. Didn't go in the store or use the car wash.
