Made a mistake to try to purchase gas for my father but he ended up moving without realizing however I wanted my money back and the cashier was refusing to give me my money back even though I never paid for the gas I had to Fight the cashier to get my money back creating an unsettling environment in front of other customers she was very rude telling me I should be clear And like I said refusing to give me back my money another customer had to get it from her. It doesn’t matter if the customer wasn’t clear I thought I was clear but I make mistakes regardless cashier should not be giving a hard time to a customer that wants their money back.

I bought car wash ticket but I can never use it, every time I get there it is always out of service. One day I came here asked the cashier “can I use the ticket at other Esso? ”He said yes, I went to another esso waiting in line for 20 minutes but the code doesn’t work it was so embarrassing, I had to say sorry to the cars behind me and get a new ticket cause I couldn’t go backwards in the queue.Today I arrived here again I saw a cone in the lane but it was at the side not in the middle , I can easily drive through without moving the cone and the code machine was flashing so I thought I could use the ticket finally ,but I was wrong. I asked the Indian cashier if the washing room is closed, he told me he set a cone here and it usually open in the morning without any apologies , what? Seems I picked a wrong time and it was my fault for ignoring the cone in the corner, I requested refund the ticket and open the washing room door to let me go through, he refused! I had to reverse my car in the curve.Esso please train your cashier and close your washing room!

It's a gas station. They have a small retail shop and a touchless car wash.The first pump I pulled up to was out of service.Otherwise... What can I say about a gas station.

I went there to get some Redbull and a few other things. I'm from out of town, like another province. I'm not sure where the rudeness comes in from the other reviews. The cashiers were super nice and friendly. It's close to where I'm staying. I'll definitely be visiting there on a daily basis until I'm done work here.

Just went there to use the washroom, was going to purchase something and cashier yelled “the washroom is closed”. Terrible customer service! There was still over 40 minutes before the gas station closed.

Great place to get gas, some snacks, loto and even some Timmies if you don't mind preparing it yourself.
