I needed a sensor replaced and the dealership was booking into January but Burt took the appt same day and fixed it in two hours and charged a fair price. Very knowledgeable, and will tell you if something is worth fixing or not.

Awful customer service, women at the front desk was very rude. They should change their name to Mercedes auto repair, because that is all they want to work on. If you have a Saab don’t waste you time taking it here

Second time going to them to fix the same issue. After this time, they gave me the car back after replacing routers and servicing breaks ( I was told this was the issue) and the same two issues were still not fixed. They gave me the car back for the second time after charging me $700 without fixing why I dropped it off and they knew the symptoms were not gone. Extremely rude customer service -the Lady at front desk actually hung up on me mid sentence.

If I could give it a 0. I would. DO NOT TAKE ANY CAR HERE. They are a rip off artist. A valve cover gasket job, and three + weeks later plus $5000 + later, just to get the car back. Every time I called, they couldn’t give me answer. When or why, the car will be done. Just kept saying they are a unique car. RUN go anywhere else. The dealer would have be 5 X + cheaper.

I called Bert in a small crisis. In putting my snow tires on another garage was unable to remove one of the locking wheel nuts on my tire and referred to me to my dealership who could not fit me in for another week.Bert was able to see me first thing the following day and fixed the issue in 10 minutes.He was skillful, helpful and extremely accommodating. Will return for future services.

Made an appointment two weeks in advanced to get a part replaced, told it will take two hours.Take my car in for the appointment, and am told they will call me when it's done. Five hours later and no call, so I call them and am told that they don't have the part and it will be ready tomorrow.Wait all next day, call a couple times with no answer. Day after, I call again with no answer. Finally on the fourth day I call and am told the car is ready.Go to pick up car and the receptionist chats with someone for 15 minutes while making comments about how impatient society has become.Definitely won't be going back.
