Would like to take a moment to point out the absolute wonderful customer service I received from the store manager today . I went in for a return of an item and the store manager went above and beyond his duties to help out . Showed a lot of faith in costumer and processed my request by understanding my. situation very quickly and genuinely.Thank you . Will love to shop from here again .

Staff not interested in helping at all. I asked for a size and they said they would check, 10 minutes later same person seemed to be hiding from me folding clothes in the other side of the store, no follow up at all.

Got the shoes my son wanted and was in and out in less than 10 min. Service was great even though it was 2 days before Christmas.

Walking into this store feels like walking into a graveyard . Employees always have a face as if they have been forced to worked there at $1 an hour. Atleast ask them to pretend to have a normal face.

Worst customer service, I only asked if they have a fitting room coz I'm new to the place, and the staff talked sht behind me like I wasn't there.

I am writing this on behalf of myself, a sneakerhead, and my family members, non-sneakerheads. The customer service here is abysmal almost every time I shop here. Not only does no one ever reach out and offer a helping hand, typically one of us has to always chase down a customer service rep even if the store is only 25% full.I know how hard it is to work in customer service and at one time I actually wanted to work here - but this store in specific has a knack for hiring the least customer-oriented people in HRM. I'm not saying you have to bend-over backwards or do crazy tricks to win me over as your customer, but checking for a size, offering advice on sizing/colors and generally just being an easy-going person go a long way.My most recent experience involved going school shopping for my brother in-law and not a single rep came to assist us even after we were in the store looking for 10+ minutes so we left and took our cash elsewhere. I'm not saying ALL of the employees here stink, but to sum up the overall quality you should expect, I have legitimately come in here on multiple occasions and 1) been given dirty looks by some of the reps 2) have seen reps applying lotion to their leg at the front counter 3) been laughed at by reps for asking questions.Just go to a different FootLocker, please!

I had a very bad online experience. Long story short, if a shoe that comes in unisex sizing is listed as ‘Women’s’ on footlocker.ca, you’re ordering men’s sizing. They don’t explicitly state that, though, so it’s up to the customer to just know and do a size “conversion” instead of Foot Locker describing products accurately or having a better size selection. I had to exchange a pair of shoes because I ordered a “women’s” shoe in size 6.5, which turned out to be men’s 6.5 (women’s 8). I was irritated to have to exchange them, but it was actually quite easy at this store. The store was busy, however I was able to get the attention of a staff member quickly, and I got what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. The checkout/exchange process was fast and easy. The people I interacted with in the store were quick and knew what they were doing.

Almost like they don't want you to buy shoes.I walked in here looking to pick up a specific pair of shoes. Only one other person in the store with 5 or 6 staff. Looked for about 10 minutes and tried to ask a few times to try one pair on. Guy comes back out with the wrong shoes and disappears before i can point it out. Finally there was one girl at the cash who helped me out after i asked, but i felt bad making her leave her post just dont get why it's so hard to ask for help in a store full of employees hanging out.I walked in here looking for a reason to spend money but decided to just buy direct, wasn't worth my time to try the shoes out when you have to wave your hands for someone to come take your money.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I completely understand that COVID-19 can affect staffing and services but I've waiting over a week to hear back from a customer service associate. I've sent two emails and have been on hold for over 45 mins cumulatively. All of this is over an order that arrived with missing items. Should be a pretty easy fix.
