Worst experience ever with my last purchase at the Halifax store. Associate lady named "REEMA" was very rude and awful behavior, not ready to listen. The other guy was fine but this lady need to learn from that guy as she's the assistant manager of the store. How she'll be a manager?? I wish i could give zero starts for her Awful customer service. I believe management could take some action about her rude behavior.

Always had a great experience here and today was no different. A minor mishap with a watch battery replacement (watch issue, not anyone’s fault) lead to the store manager taking full responsibility and fixing the situation before I could even have a reaction.Great customer service all around but an exceptional experience with the manager in this situation.

Price gouging at its finest… Went in for a battery replacement which has been free any time I’ve brought in my watches. Ended up paying 23 dollars for a 2 dollar battery. They didn’t bother to say anything about the price until after changing it or I would have said No thanks… I will be sure to change my batteries at home from now on.

Honestly, I was looking for a gift for my mom and when I came in I had the best greeting from the worker - and that goes for out of the whole halifax shopping centre. Seriously such a positive atmosphere. I wasn’t able to get the gift ; however the knowledge I received about the product and leather was so amazing. I can’t wait to go back and I 110% recommend this place for leather and accessories needs. Also the store was very clean and a very aesthetic look to the store. Way better than the Winnipeg location !!!!Thank you fossil :)
