I bought a wired Nintendo console from this location, when I tried it at home it was not working so I went back there to return it. the cashier (a white guy with glasses) says, be honest with me you didn't like it right that's why you are returning. like I was lying to him that the product from his store didn't work. I also said you can test it if you want to try and he says no need. please train your cashiers in customer service so that they can treat everyone equally.

Was in there 10 mins eating the last 4 inches of a Laura secord ice cream cone before one of your staff informed me of no eating allowed. I’m sorry but I’m a grown woman eating my last few bites and to kick me out as I’m trying to make a purchase. Won’t have my business again. I’ll go elsewhere.

Great store but getting served can be slow.
Staff are really helpful but the script they work from delays transactions which if you are trying to buy and go during a lunch break gets a little wearing.

Edit: Found a working controller eventually!Purchased controller: had drift on sticks replaced with another controller that also had drift. Waiting for third controller! Wouldn’t recommend buying any controllers here
