My friend and I popped in looking for one item that another retailer didn't have. Not only did they have it, but they had a bunch of other great stuff for the people on my Xmas list, all of it reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience and will definitely be back.

Hey ? stoped by Chain lake GameStop after work today Had an awesome experience Justin the manager helped me with so much and updated me with new preorders I got the new ps5 slim and traded in my ps5 old gen & got a sweet deal, then got service by bran and rowan who were awesome at the cash i recommend coming to this location if I could rate this experience I’d give it to a 10 don’t delete my review now I had to write this twice now! & I’ll keep writing it lol

We were here Sunday, there were two workers. The young one was very friendly, she mentioned it being her third shift. The older one working with her was the rudest person I'd ever met. She was condescending and just down right volatile to customers. I didn't catch her name at all, but believe me, youll know who I'm talking about when you walk in. Very disappointed.

I walked into this store today - their open sign was on, and their door was not locked - only to be told that the store is closed. Fortunately, the nearby Best Buy was open, and they got the sale.
