A well-respected coworker introduced me to G.T. First off, their specials come out on Wednesdays, a day ahead of every other store. No one's specials can beat G.T.'s—absolutely no other store. I'm grateful to find affordable groceries there! I also tend to pick up other odds and ends when I'm there.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year and not once did someone tell me u have to sign up for the vp to get any of the deals. Everytime I give them my phone number, it’s not attached to an account and no one toldMe so I’ve not been getting deals at all

I simply called the Dutch Village location (03/07/2024 @ 8:37AM) to ask if they had a certain colour of wall paint in stock. The lady who initially picked up, must have heard me wrong and transferred me to the craft department or something, wrong kind of paint.So when the guy picked up the phone to help me, he quickly interrupted me before I got four words out of my mouth and yelled in my ear that he was the wrong department, told me to call again (instead of transferring me to the right department), and hung up on me without another word.I get that retail is busy, people are busy (I've been there, for over 7+ years and continuing). But don't work in a customer service job if you have zero customer service skills.
