Life saver for cheap and cute clothes cause they barely exist now

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at [H&M Halifax Shopping Centre ] - Request for Feedback
Dear [H&R] Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your store located at [Halifax Shopping Centre ] on [July/14/2025].
During my visit, I was treated in a manner that I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. After completing my shopping, I approached the checkout counter and began the payment process. However, the cashier requested my personal information, including my email address, which I declined to provide. I simply wanted to pay for my items and leave.
Unfortunately, this led to a misunderstanding, and the situation escalated. The manager was called over without listening to my side of the story, and I was not allowed to complete my purchase.
Additionally, I was asked to provide personal information and was treated as if I had done something wrong. The situation escalated further when security was called, and I felt as though I was being treated unfairly, as if I had committed an offense.
I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Fares was super helpful during my visit to H&M. He was friendly, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. Definitely made my shopping experience so much better!

Very big and spacious store, I loved it!!! But what made my visit even better was the help I got from Fares, he made me feel like I was at home, clarified all my concerns and even helped me find the item I was looking for. If I was the manager I would give Fares a raise, he definitely deserves it!!!

There are no employees to help inside the Store and there is only one cashier. I waited for 25 minutes. This is an international brand.

A perfectly avoidable and even manageable situation turned into a terrible experience.
Bought 1 item only and they left the security tag on, which I didn’t know until I got home. Had to waste a extra hour to come back just for this and the sales associate barely mentioned a little apology like it was just a inconvenience (they can’t even say they were busy as there weren’t any other customers at the time at the sales counter)
If u make a mistake at least be a bit more polite and not like the customer is bothering you with a mistake YOU made.

Not happy with their dress and size allocations. I was trying to buy a black formal pant and the black pants r all mixed up with different designs and prices. I had to make 2 visits to the trial room. I tried 32 number pants and when I tried 33 that was tighter. So not really happy here

Terrible customer service! The clothes weren't organized at all!I felt super harassed by their staff! This was such a terrible experience for me!Don't waste your time in this store! If you are a person of colour it's even worse!Save your money and go to the HM at MicMac mall!Worst retail staff EVER!Probably should've just ordered online...
