I find everything is good in the store but had a bad experience baught a camera and told me I have two weeks to return the camera but when I went to return they told I will get 200 dollor less what I spend and it’s only a week old but they could have told me about it if I was returning they will take this much money from me so I can’t even return the camera and need to take what I didn’t like hidden charge so there is scam all over make sure you ask the staff about it so we got this hidden charge when return ing

Sales/Service from Gilbert, Phil and Andrew have been top notch. They explained to a relative newbie (haven't been shooting photos for approximately 7 years) all the new technologies and guided me through the process to upgrading my older Olympus rig to the latest and greatest Sony. Was looking at Canon, but after discussing wants and needs, it made the most sense to go with Sony. They are always willing to take the time and help this old fart out. Thanks again guys for all of your help and patience. My daughter and I are really enjoying our new rig!

I never write reviews but... The guys at Henrys Halifax are great. I'm from Manitoba and the Winnipeg staff are great too but Halifax had the camera I wanted. I dealt with Kevin and Phil there. They answered every question, sent me tons of photos of the camera upon request, even spoke to me on the phone 4 times without rushing! They made online payment easy and shipped the camera FAST. It arrived 3 days before Canada Post said it was going to arrive. The camera was well packaged and it was EXACTLY as they described. Thanks Henry's Halifax!!

I lost my lens cap so stopped by Henry's for a couple of spares. Unfortunately they were out of the sizes I needed but the guy was really great and found me a couple in a parts box that solved my problem. Great folks here.

Roby and Jacqueline were super helpful in helping me update my cameras today I was struggling to get the latest firmware versions but Roby helped to get it online and when I took my camera to the store, Jacqueline helped me install them.

Rhys was a lifesaver! I stopped in at Henry’s looking for help after slipping on the rocks and dropping my camera. The filter broke and had gotten stuck on the lens, and Rhys pulled out his handy bag of tools to see what we could do. It was very stuck and when we thought all hope was lost, he offered to send it back to Canon for me, free of charge, to get it repaired there. One last attempt though and we freed the stuck filter! He was incredibly helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get my lens back in working condition in the middle of my road trip - thank you, Rhys!!!

Jacqueline was absolutely fantastic in helping us get passport photos, in and out of the store in quite literally under 3 minutes. Gave us great advice for managing them, and also offered to give a refund should the passport office not accept them.
Prompt, qualified, and friendly service. Would recommend to anybody.

Henry's is the only place to buy cameras. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Very satisfied with 2 cameras we have purchased.
